Access roles and rights

An access role specifies the tasks that a user who has been assigned to that role can perform. The access rights are the specific tasks for a role.

The resource determines which access roles and rights are available. You can specify different access roles for the scorecard, objectives, or initiatives. For example, you can specify viewer access role for the scorecard to multiple users, and editor access role for an objective or initiative to a specific user.
