You can access different views and collaborate with users by using the Navigator.
The Navigator displays a view of the organization structure from the perspective of a user or a custom hierarchy. The hierarchy view can display in different ways: by employee, by organization, or by geography. The Navigator works in unison with the Scorecard, in that when you navigate the hierarchy tree, the Scorecard is updated based on the selection. For example, if you select an employee name, the Scorecard updates based on the data associated with that employee.

Additionally, the Navigator integrates collaborative features such as chat sessions and access to e-mail so that you can quickly communicate with others. Also, a search feature is included so that you can find individuals or custom organizational units within your company.
