Policy settings for mail

Review the policy settings for the Common Mail portlet.

Setting	Description
Create and send attachments	Select this setting to allow users to attach files to messages and send them to others.
View and save attachments	Select this setting to allow users to view and save attachments to messages. If this setting is not selected, attachments are removed, but the file names are displayed.
Save messages	Select this setting to allow users to save the text of messages to a local disk or a document folder.
