Limiting search results

The number of search results is limited by a configuration parameter which can be changed by the administrator. The default value limits the search results to 100.

To change the number of search results displayed in the Portlet Palette to a value other than 100, perform the following instructions:

  1. Click Administration from the main menu.
  2. Click Portlet Management.
  3. Click Portlets.
  4. Locate the Portlet Palette and click Configure portlet.
  5. Locate the SearchResultsLimit parameter and update the value to reflect the new search results limit.
  6. Refer to the help that is available from the portlet menu located in the Manage Portlets title bar.
