Defining authoring template details

You define identification and access control information for the authoring template in the "Authoring Template Setting" view. These are the identification and access control information of the authoring template itself, not the default identification and access control settings for content items based on an authoring template.

Entering identification information
Specify identification information for the current item, including the name and title for the item and the list of authors and owners associated with the item. The identification section is common to all item forms.
Granting users or groups access to an item
Specify the access control settings for the current item to designate which users have access to an item and their level of access. The access section is common to all item forms.
