Creating a custom action

A custom action is used to execute a custom workflow action based on a Java class you have previously created and added to your system.

1. Click New>Workflow Actions>Custom action.
2. Enter identification information.
3. Select the action to be executed by this workflow action.
4. Set access properties.
5. Click Save and close.
