You can copy links to place documents and then paste them into
applications that accept html links, such as e-mail messages and html pages.
To copy and paste a link to a document:
- In your places list, open the place that contains the document.
- Perform one of the following actions:
- In Microsoft Windows Explorer,
right-click the document and click Copy Link.
- In IBM® Lotus® Sametime®, right-click
the document and click .
.
- Open an e-mail message or html page in which to paste the link.
- Press CTRL+V.
