Copying documents to your local file system

You can copy a document in a place to your local file system.

Perform the following steps:

  2. Perform one of the following actions:
    • In Microsoft Windows Explorer, right-click the document, click Copy, open the local folder in which you want to put the copy, and click Edit > Paste in the Windows Explorer menu.

You can also use drag and drop to copy documents. Click on the document you want to copy and, holding the mouse button down, drag it over the local folder where you want to put the copy, then release the mouse button. Using drag and drop, you can copy folders containing multiple documents.
