After you create a place from a template, don't stop there. Customize your
place to enhance the home you have created for your project.
Project tasks and schedules can change on a daily basis. People join and
leave teams as project priorities shift. Team information may need to be organized
and developed in new ways. By customizing your place, you can account for
these changes, invite the right people to contribute and view place content,
and more. Remember, you can be as original and creative as you like. After
all, this is your place.

for your team - Tips for an effective team
- Grow beyond the template used to create your place. The template you select
when creating a place provides you with a starting point for collaborating
with your team, not an end point. Even though each place begins with a template,
your place has the flexibility to grow beyond the template to meet the needs
of your team or the needs of the tasks only you are working on in your group.
- Invite others to your place to maximize iterative thinking with the right
people in a structured environment. The People area in the Customize link
allows you get input from other teams and to add new team members to your
place. Roles provide you with the flexibility you need to control who is allowed
to view, create, edit, and manage the content in the place.
