As the blog owner, you can filter entries in your blog to display
entries by tag, date, or status of the entries.
You can filter entries in a blog to make the blog easier to browse,
search, or administer. For example, you might enter a start date so that only
entries created after that date are displayed. Or, you might choose to display
all pending entries so that you can publish them to make them available to
the blog community.
- Select the blog you want to work with from the My Blogs page.
- Select Create & Edit.
- Select Entries. You can view
or edit any entry in the blog.
- Select one or more filter to control how entries display in the
blog.

Tags are keywords that describe content.
If you enter a tag into this field, only entries associated with that tag
display in the blog. |
| Start Date |
Choose a start and end date.
Only entries created after the specified start date or before the specified
end date will display in the blog. |
| Status |
Choose to display entries by status.- All Entries. The default. Displays all entries in the blog.
- Draft Only. Displays entries that do not display in the blog because you,
or somebody else in your community, is not yet done editing them. You can
edit any draft entries in your blog.
- Published Only. Displays all entries that are published to the blog.
- Pending Only. Displays entries that are scheduled to be published to the
blog at some future time.
- Requiring Approval Only. Displays entries that you must approve
before they display in the blog.
