Use the search control in the title bar to search for entries in
the current activity that contain a word or phrase.
Search results do not include entries that have been marked private.
To search for entries that contain a specific text string, complete
the following steps:
- Open the activity that contains the entries you want to search.
- Type the word or term that you want to search for into the Search
this Activity text box in the title bar.
- Specify the types of entries to search by clicking the down arrow
beside the search text field, and then selecting one of the following options:
- Search all Items in Activity – Searches for the
text string in all of the entries in the current activity.
- Search To Do Items – Searches for the text string
in the to do entries in the current activity.
- Search Comments -- Searches for the text string
in the comments added as responses to entries in the current activity.
- Search Items with Attachments -- Searches for the
text string in the entries that contain file attachments in the current activity.
- Search all Items across Activities -- Searches
for the text string in the all the entries in all of your activities. Only
choose this option if you want to search across all of your activities – not
just within the current activity.
- Click the Submit search icon.
The search results are displayed in the
current page.
